Aqua & Pastel Mermalicious Tutu

Encrusted with pearls, sequins,  and gold embellishments, the Mermalicious Tutu is something special to behold!  It incorporates iconic embellishments of mermaid tail, sea shell, star fish, & ocean pearls.  They are made with 3D glittery sea shell embroidered with pearls and golden details, a sequined mermaid tail, a glittery star fish, and a bouquet of pearls!  The tutu is made from light blue, aqua, pink and purple tulle creating a really cool ocean colour effect!  This tutu has an elasticized waist band for comfort and size flexibility, and it is washable!
